Fishing & Family.
The Hill family eats, sleeps, and breathes fishing in the Florida Keys and has since 1972 when we opened Key Largo Fisheries. Serving our community with the freshest seafood available is something we are passionate about. In 2005, Adam Hill started Eat Florida Seafood Inc. to continue the family legacy in sustainable commercial fishing in the Keys.
Our family is proud to support local fisheries through responsible fishing and sustainability. As a 3rd generation commercial fishing family, we are committed to quality seafood from the waters we call home.
