Our History
I am Adam Hill and a 3rd Generation Commercial Fisherman in the Florida Keys. I have owned and operated Eat Florida Seafood, Inc since 2004 and catch local lobster, stone crab, and ballyhoo. My family opened Key Largo Fisheries in 1972 and that is where my commercial fishing career started as a very young child. Commercial fishing is a tough industry and hard work but doing what you love makes up for it, besides nobody can beat my office view.
